              Recaş wine, a spoon of Banat “bulz” with mixed pickles
              and Timişoreana beer, large pint: here is the recipe for the

              time when you know you are back home




              When in the wineries up on the hills, one does not count time in days,
              months or years, but in how green the vineyard is or whether the
              “Tămâioasa”  grapes  are  ripe  –  if  not,  then  maybe  at  least  the
              “Feteasca neagră” could be ripen. When the scorching sun of July is
              still shining and the grapes in the vine estates begin to ripen, it is a

              good year.


              In the end, you do not even need any other LANDMARK  to know that
              you are in Banat once you have tasted the freshly crushed ruby must.
