He was born on the 9th of march 1947 at Turnu-Severin, Romania. He graduated the Arts Faculty in Timisoara in 1973 - he was the aprrentice of the sculptor George Apostu for two years, between 1973-1975. He exhibited in Turnu-Severin, Arad, Reşiţa, Timişoara, Bucharest. He had his personal exibitions in Timişoara at Helios
Galery in 1982, 1985, 1987, 1992, 1996, 1998, 1999;
Timişoara at Vega Galery in 1992;
Lugoj in 1986;
Paris - France in 1991;
München - Germany in 1993;
Hague - Holland in 1997. He had several group exhibition in Essen - Germany in 1990; Szeged - Hungary in 1991,1992; Nürnberg - Germany in 1995; Bucharest - Romania in 1996; Wien - Austria in 1998; Springs - Silds - The United States of America in 1998 - 1999. He took part at several symposioms in: Hobiţa in 1981; Sfântul Gheorghe in 1982; Deta in 1983; Timişoara in 1984; Reşita in 1998 - Romania. Works of Monumental Art: "Martyr" - stone - 1991 can be found in Lugoj - Romania. "Jesus Christ" - stone - 1991 can be found in Lugoj - Romania. "Compozition" - stone - 1984 can be found in Timişoara - Romania. "The bell of Liberty" - stone 1994 - Timişoara - Romania. "Cross" - wood - 1995 Czech Republic. "The monument of political prisoners" - marble and iron - 1997 - Turnu Severin - Romania. "The Bell" - stone - 1998 - Reşiţa - Romania. He was awarded the great national prize "George Apostu" in Arad, in 1998. He was author of the prize given as a reward at the National Festival of the Theatre in Timişoara, Romania 1998.
